Yes. The Inspo+ features a 510-thread connection and works with both standard cartridges and Randy’s Sand Quartz Atomizer (sold separately [available here]).

Nope! You can use any 510-compatible item with Inspo+.

Just like a cartridge. You can install or remove the Sand Quartz Atomizer by simply screwing or unscrewing it from the 510-threaded port in the Inspo’s magnetic base.

To load your Atomizer, unscrew the metal pieces from each other and add a small amount of your favorite concentrate before reassembling.

Simply attach the base to the body to power on.

After 10 seconds of inactivity, Inspo+ goes into ‘Standby Mode’, which conserves power but stays ready for the next session.

Inspo+ is an auto-draw device. Simply load your favorite concentrate and enjoy from the auto-draw mouthpiece!

Inspo+ has all same the amazing features as the original Inspo, with a larger battery capacity, as well as a digital LED display.

You may have added too much material to your atomizer, restricting all airflow, use smaller portions of your concentrate and try again

You may have added too much material to your atomizer. If you are using prefilled carts – then it is most likely a with your cartridge not  the Inspo+.

You may have a connection issue somewhere within your device. First ensure that the threads on your cartridge are clean for a clear connection path. If the problem persists please reach out to our support team

The best product to clean your Inspo+ and any atomizer that you are using with it is our Randy’s Swipe (presoaked alcohol cotton swab). Make sure all connection points stay clean to ensure a solid connection.
