You can remove the included Sand Quartz Atomizer by simply unscrewing it from the threaded hole in the magnetic base of Inspo XL.

You may have added too much material to your atomizer. If you are using prefilled carts – then it is most likely a problem with your cartridge, not the Inspo XL.
