From completely dead to fully charged, your Prime 2.0 will take about 1 to 2 hours to charge.
Your Prime 2.0 will indicate that it is charging if you see a solid red light when the device is plugged into the charger.
Your Prime 2.0 will indicate that it is fully charged if you see a solid green light when the device is plugged into the charger.
We are very sorry to hear about this issue. You can simply reapply the faceplate to the device with a small amount of glue. Additionally you can send the device in to Randy’s and we will send you a replacement.
