From completely dead to fully charged, your Echo will take about 1 to 2 hours to charge.

Your Echo will indicate that it is charging if you see a solid red light when the device is plugged into the charger.

Your Echo will indicate that it is fully charged if you see a solid green light when the device is plugged into the charger.

If the battery on your Echo is low the device will indicate this with 10 rapid flashing yellow lights.

There may be an internal connection interruption. Please submit a warranty claim to address this problem as it cannot be fixed by oneself.

The Echo devices can heat up to very high temperatures at a quick rate which draws heavily from the battery. With intense use it is normal for your Echo battery to exhaust after a few sessions.
