You can clean the inside of the mouthpiece using a small tool, such as our Swipes which can be found in the cleaning section of our website. Unfortunately the interior of the unit cannot be cleaned as it does not disassemble. Please submit a warranty claim to address this with our warranty team if the issue persists.
