When your order is placed or you send in a warranty customer service email, you authorize Randy’s to store and maintain your personal information. Any information provided is only used for ordering and verification purposes and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. Randy’s does not give out, sell or rent any customer information to third parties. We may provide your information if required by law or legal process.

Damages and shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. All merchandise leaves our facility in new condition. If the packages are delivered damaged, opened or re-taped you MUST file a claim with the carrier at the time of delivery. If you have a shortage of items, it is your responsibility to KEEP THE BOX the merchandise was shipped in. The box is needed to file a claim on shorted products. If you dispose of or do not keep the original packaging, we will be unable to credit you for your shorted product. Returns/exchanges are only accepted if the products are damaged as a result of shipping. We do not offer refunds of any kind on any of our products. The returning merchandise must be in the original packaging, unused and free of all customer markings and tags to receive a credit. All returns MUST have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Any return deemed “sell-able” is subject to a restocking fee or will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Items discontinued by Randy’s are not returnable and no credit will be issued. Authorizations expire 30 days after the date of the issue. Email us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization. If you send in a Randy’s product under a warranty claim, please do not send us any dirty components. Any products that arrive that contain debris will be discarded and not returned.
