From completely dead to fully charged, your Dash will take about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to charge.

Your Dash will indicate that it is charging if you see a solid red light when the device is plugged into the charger and the screen on your Dash will show a battery charging icon.
Your Dash will indicate that it is fully charged if you see a solid green light when the device is plugged into the charger and the screen on your Dash will show a battery fully charged icon.
The Dash will display a low battery indication on the digital display or show an F3 error when the battery is dead.
The F2 error code indicates an obstructed connection. Ensure the connection port and bottom of the cartridge are clean. Next, take the cartridge out and put it back in the port to ensure it is connected properly. If the issue persists, please submit a warranty claim as it could be an internal connection obstruction.
The F3 error code indicates low battery.
