From completely dead to fully charged, your Zipp will take about 3 hours to charge.

Your Zipp will indicate that it is charging if you see a flashing red light when the device is plugged into the charger. Your Zipp’s screen will show the percentage of battery life during charging.

Your Zipp will indicate that it is fully charged when the screen shows a fully charged battery icon.

If the battery on your Zipp is low the device will indicate this with 8 rapid flashing red lights and the screen on your Zipp will indicate “power low”.

There may be an internal connection interruption. Please submit a warranty claim to address this problem as it cannot be fixed by oneself.
